The Company has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor (e-mail address: IOD@interapi.pl; correspondence address: Milanówek (05-822) at Kazimierzowska 16 Street).
The recipient of your personal data may be external companies providing support on the basis of commissioned services, with which appropriate agreements for entrusting data processing have been concluded, as well as authorized employees and cooperators of the personal data controller.
We would like to inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed by the Company for the following purposes:
creating and maintaining a Customer's account at www.b2b.interapi.pl, fulfilling orders placed at www.b2b.interapi.pl, pursuing possible claims - on the basis of executing the contract, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Act on Public Contracts. 1 point b of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR),
 the communication related to the b2b shop on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Act on Public Procurement 1(f) of the GDPR. Contact with the Client is a legally justified interest of the data controller.
sending ordered commercial information about the Company's products or services - on the basis of a separate consent - i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in conjunction with Article 10 act 2 from 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution of any claims or, as the case may be, until your consent is withdrawn, in the case where the processing was carried out on this basis.
You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase, restrict or limit the processing, the right to transfer the data or to object to the processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing.

A data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the Code of Conduct. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the realization of the above mentioned objectives.

Please also note that your personal data will not be profiled.
