    2. communications related to the operated b2b platform on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of the data controller is to contact the customer.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until it is revoked, after which it will be irretrievably deleted. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Provision of personal data is necessary to conclude a contract. The provision of personal data for the transmission of commercial information is voluntary.
